About Us
Meet Ann and Kate
We are Ann Malthaner and Kate Murray; sisters that grew up in Tallmadge. We have been doing house watching for our neighbors for most of our lives and have decided to start an official business by creating a 20 point inspection list to cover the inside and outside of your home.
Ann has lived in Hudson and Stow for most of her adult life with her husband Bob. She has been the Marketing and Public Relations Manager for the Stow Munroe Falls Public Library for the last 18 years. Her two kids are grown and flown and her hobbies include home remodeling and gardening.
Kate has lived in Stow since graduating from Kent State and marrying Dave. While her kids are close, they have not flown the nest yet. She is the Sales and Marketing Director for her company. Her hobbies include watching Ryan’s various high school activities, Cleveland sports and reading.
